This is a very easy shrimp etouffe recipe that utilizes your microwave! I usually add four dashes of hot pepper sauce to the dish, but bring the hot stuff to the table in case someone wants a zestier dinner! This recipe is one I learned while going to school in southern Louisiana - Geaux Tigers!

Bbq Grilling - Grilled Vidalia Onion Soup
I would like to be able to claim this but I got it from a good friend, I added the sherry. Vidalia Onions cooked on the grill, sealed in foil! Just like French onion soup, without the bother! Great anytime, and very easy to make. This can be made in the oven, 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with warm, crusty, bread and a sturdy red wine!

This sauce is a meat lover's delight! Veal, pork, Italian sausage and pancetta are sauteed with onions, carrots and celery. Then the mixture is slowly simmered with tomatoes and fresh herbs, and served atop fettuccini.
